题型
Step I: A notice or a letter from a student. 40-50 seconds / 80-100 words. A campus-related issue.
Step II: Conversation - discuss the notice or letter (60-80 seconds; 150-180 words). A student comments on the issue.
给一个校园相关的场景；然后有一个学生之间的对话，两个同学可能表示同意/反对
Step III: 30 seconds to prepare. 60 seconds to speak. Briefly summarize the speaker’s opinion within the context of the reading passage.

回答的时候是没有原文的
阅读的重点：1) The description of the proposal (what has been proposal, planned or changed) 2) The reason that are given for the proposal (学校proposal的措施，原因)
听力的重点：1) Determine the speaker’s opinion (Agree/Disagree) 2) Student’s reasons (一般俩原因)
所以需要回答的就是上面的重点
答题：
阅读当中学校的Proposal，以及简要给出学校proposal的细节（措施、原因）
表明听力当中学生的观点
总结听力中学生的理由以及支撑材料
